Located in the Tribeca district, the spaces of these two new apartments are designed by a series of void, which creates visual and programmatic connection between the building last floor and the penthouse. Large skylights were cut in the roof of the existing building to flow the living spaces with light.
The deck, the outside terraces and the staircase are conceived in the continuity of the sequence of spaces inside of the apartment. This sequence is integrating programmatic events like a lounge area on an extended staircase landing and a glass tile powder room.
The skyline of the city, and the sky itself is the new limits of the living spaces, which always showcase the state of atmospheric conditions.
